A one to one consultation, providing individualised, evidence based care.
Approx 1.5 hours Cost: €150
Topics usually covered include:
- Harvesting colostrum.
- What to expect in those early days.
- Establishing supply.
- Achieving an optimal latch.
- Feeding positions.
- What to watch out for: when things may not be going so well & where to get help from.
- Safe storage of breastmilk.
- Combined feeding/ bottles/paced feeding.
- You will get priority for a postnatal consultation should you need one.
- If you’ve had a previous breastfeeding journey that you found difficult, then we will discuss it to ensure it doesn’t impact your future journey.
Receipts provided (The majority of health Insurance policies will reimburse for a lactation consultation. Please check with your provider)
Cancellation Policy
Once you have booked an appointment with me, it means that I have reserved time in my schedule for you. A deposit of €50 is required at the time of booking.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, it will result in an immediate loss of your €50 deposit.
